Fabbrica initially began with a manual tray sealing machine, which suited their production at the time.

Working together, we upgraded Fabbrica's operation from a manual hand sealer to two fully automatic inline tray sealing machines, giving them the capacity to package products efficiently while maintaining consistent quality across every pack.

As Fabbrica prepared to launch into retail, they wanted packaging that reflected the same premium quality customers experienced in their restaurant. 

PREPAC collaborated with the Fabbrica team to develop a custom-designed branded tray, helping create a distinctive retail presentation while ensuring the packaging met the technical requirements for large-scale food production. 

When retail demand evolved and a new tray shape was required, PREPAC also retooled one of the automatic production lines to suit the new packaging format allowing Fabbrica to adapt quickly without investing in an entirely new machine.
