We Install and Delivery Australia wide.
Once the machine has been purchase and ready for dispatch, our after sales team will reachout to set up the date and time for the installation. Most of the time we are able to also complete the training on the same day.

Warranty Coverage:

• In-Warranty Period:
  All PREPAC machines are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase for in stock items and from date of delivery for bespoke / custom machines. During this period, any manufacturing defects, material defects, or workmanship errors will be repaired or replaced free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

Warranty Services Include:

• The machine must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
• The warranty excludes damages caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorised repairs.
• Free repairs or replacement of defective parts.
• Free labour for repairing the machine (if applicable  – within greater Sydney area).

Out-of-Warranty Period:

• After Warranty Expiry: Once the warranty period expires, the machine is no longer covered for free repairs or replacements under the warranty terms. However, we offer paid repair services for machines outside of the warranty period.

Paid Services Include:

• Diagnostic services and repairs at the standard rate to be quoted prior to any works starting.
• Replacement of any parts with an associated charge for parts and labour, to be quoted and accepted prior to any works starting.
• All spare parts are to be paid in full prior to a dispatch.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Any damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.
• Damage caused by external factors, such as power surges or water damage or operator negligence.
